Time for me friendly drop in session at the Quay Advice Center, 18 Hill st Poole Thursday mornings 10am - 12noon on the following dates:

There are a range of leaflets and information available to take away, Face to Face befrienders are on hand to talk if required, signposting to services and refreshments are provided. Feel free to drop in for an informal friendly chat!
